  • What is mental health coaching?
    Mental health coaching is a form of coaching that helps individuals manage their mental health and improve their overall well-being. It involves working with a coach who provides guidance, support, and tools to help clients overcome challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Mental health coaching typically focuses on developing coping mechanisms, building resilience, and promoting self-care practices. It can be a helpful complement to traditional therapy or can be used as a standalone approach for those who are looking to improve their mental health.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    The number of coaching sessions needed varies depending on individual needs and goals. It is recommended to begin with sessions once a week best to discuss this with a therapist who can provide a personalized treatment plan. Additionally, the length of treatment can be influenced by factors such as the severity of the issue, the type of therapy used, and the progress made during sessions.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Unpacked Coaching is not covered by insurance and only accepts private pay. Payment can be made through Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. You can find our services and pricing information here.
  • When do you accept payment?
    Payment is required prior to to start of every scheduled coaching session to secure your time slot. No exceptions.
  • Do you require a deposit to book a session?
    Yes. There is a non-refundable 50% deposit required to secure your initial session, which goes towards the total cost of your service. The deposit is collected following our phone consult where I'll manually book your upcoming initial session. The remaining balance will be collected prior to the start of your scheduled session.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you are not able to make your session, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance via email or as soon as possible in the case of emergencies.
